First install ACID http://www.cert.org/kb/acid/ if you didn't already !
And make sure it works!

Download acid-x.x.x-plugin-vx.tar.gz from snortcenter website

    * rename acid_main.php -> acid_main.php.bak
	     acid_output_html.inc -> acid_output_html.inc.bak
	     acid_style.css -> acid_style.css.bak
    
    * untar acid-x.x.x-plugin-vx.tar.gz

    * copy 'all files' and 'images' from the acid_plugin directory
	to your acid directory

    * edit the file 'plugin.conf.php' and edit
	$snortcenter_home = "";   // give the URL or path to the snortcenter directory
