Woeff The Aruban.

Hi, I'm Woeff "The Singing and Dancing Cat from Aruba",

Very, very sad news, our Woeff died on the 19th of July 2007.

I' am a male Aruban Short Hair Tiger. probably with american bobtail blood.

My name; Woeff is a bit strange, but humans uh !! :-)

Born at Aruba, The Dutch Caribbean, and now I'am the co-director in the household of Viviane and Mike Verdugt .

A little bit more about myself:

They found me in the Divi-Divi tree in their garden at Aruba and kept feeding me gambas, so I decided to stay.

They don't know how old I' am and I certainly do not tell them. They take good care of me, although they did cut of my tail . When I was younger I got hit by a car and my right rear paw got crippled. They sometimes laugh at me when I' am sliding through the kitchen. At Aruba there was already a mean dog called Rambo, which belonged to the neighbours but we became good friends after a while.

It was at Moko that I became famous as "The Singing and Dancing Cat" on the Fido network.

An other experience was the flight from Aruba to Belgium, first class with my own seat. The stewardesses were really kind to me and if one of them is reading this: "Thanks again"!.

Since 1994 we live in Oelegem near Antwerp in Belgium, next to the fire or in my bed, I do hate the climate here, Aruba was nice and sunny everyday.

My favourite food:

Raw or cooked Gambas and Scampi. Fresh made Roastbeef with Olives. And creamy milk, yummy.

Here are some pictures of me and my two friends Piep and Staart:
Sad enough, Piep is lost since december 1999.
Many other friends stayed for a while but disappeared again.
My new friends are BoyBoy and Truus, two small rabbits.

I'am Staart(Tail), Woeff's wife, they call me Staart or Einstein, probably because of my intelligent look .

Our latest Guest: Rowan Atkinson, renamed in GUUS. The poor little sod had been moved already 2 times. After the passing away of Bobo, Truus felled really lost. So Viv contacted a "nursery" for rabbits. Bunny Bin

Last month april 2007 Truus passed away.
She been at the vet several times, but we could not save her.
