The blessings of Mariamman are invoked in thousands of temples and shrines. Since 200 years, Her worship has been extended far beyond the boundaries of India. From early 1997 onwards, elaborate weekly pujas for Mariamman are also being celebrated at the Sri Premananda Centers of Villefontaine in France and Antwerp in Belgium.
