Active painter, graphic artist and designer.

He released a long list of sole exhibitions (114) in Belgium and other countries, he participated in (926) group exhibitions world wide and was awarded for (116) international exhibitions.

In the Ex libris world he takes an important and special place. He realised until today, (709) Ex libris from which most of them are in silk screen and CGD.

Nature is at the centre of his art work. He seeks for a balance between technology and nature and uses therefore electronic circuit print plates.

In his free graphic he is also specialised in silk screen. He prints his works himself, a technique in which he is a perfectionist.

For 40 years he is professor at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Gent.

As visiting lecturer he was active at the Frans Masereel Centre for Graphic in Belgium , the Texas Tech university in Lubbock USA and in several university’s in Turkey and North Cyprus. For Erasmus (educational exchange project) he was invited to the academies of Barcelona, Lisbon, Krakow and Limerick.
