Welcome to MARUMOTO Cavy Rescue. Marumoto is a guinea pig refuge established by us (Winfred and Eva Stoffels) in Retie, the Flemish part of Belgium. We have been taking care of sick and weak individuals, and providing home for numerous unwanted and/or abandoned cavies. We specialize in health care and nutrition of these wonderful creatures.

Marumoto mission statement:

·  To improve the quality of life of guinea pigs;

·  To intervene in critical situations that involve guinea pigs;

·  To increase and spread the knowledge on health care of guinea pigs.
