The holiday home is accessible from 4 pm the day of arrival

Departure is expected by 10 am.

Is included in the charge: gas, electricity, heating of swimming pool, use of bedding and towels for indoors, also the use of logs for stove or barbecue

In each home, a child’s bed and a baby chair are available

Around the heated swimming pool there are parasols, folding chairs, deckchairs available. There are NO towels available for the pool.

We’re not liable for possible accidents  with guests using leisure or sports facilities and/or swimming pool

To be able to use sports facilities, we recommend bringing your own rackets, table tennis bats and balls

Parking space for cars is provided in the shade. Parking is not allowed in the courtyard (except for loading and unloading)

Playing in the wood is allowed. No camp may be set up however. It is strictly forbidden to light fires, to cut or damage trees and branches. Dead wood may be collected for barbecuing.

Distance Lille-St.Sabine is about 800 km. It will take you 10 hours or even more in case of tailbacks

At St. Sabine there are 3 restaurants and a bakery

At the resort table d’hôte dinners can be taken on demand see " La Bergerie " and " L'Écurie "I

In the village centre, tennis courts can be booked

Close by (2 km), horse riding can be done

Shopping can be done in Beaumont (8 km) or Villereal (10km) where is also a supermarket. There you can tank up cheaply.  ‘A ‘Centre Leclercq’ can be found in Bergerac

In each home, a tourist map is available for inspection
