Welcome at the homepage of tavern, restaurant and hotel Moriaanshoofd! 't Moriaanshoofd offers you a pleasant stay or a nice meal in a calm and peaceful setting. We receive our guests with personal attention and please them with our excellent accomodation. The building itself is about 400 years old and dates from the time of the Spanish Inquisition. Due to its location it has always been a place to unharness the horses on long trips. 't Moriaanshoofd can be found at the feet of the "Flemish Ardennes" on the N60 Motorway (Ghent-Oudenaarde), more precisely in a litte place called Mullem. The recordings for the historical movie "Hard Labeur" were shot here. This beautiful area, well-known with biker-tourists exploring the "Flemish Ardennes" or the "Zwalmroute". They often use 't Moriaanshoofd, right in front of the Mullem windmill, as a home-base for their biking journeys.
