Hello Eddy
M.D.'s results do show a lot of foods to avoid, but for example, when I had my test I also came up to quite a few and again I believed I was a healthy person. I feel better now than I did before by avoiding those foods. To answer his question regarding Gluten. The reason is that the test for Gliadin (Gluten) is a very specific test for one particular type of allergenic protein. The test for wheat, barley and rye are tests against an extract of the whole grain, there are many potentially allergenic proteins in the grains other than gliadin, the gliadin portion is very small in an extract of whole grain.
Look forward to hearing from you.
