The ExpressX system includes a variety
of expression strategies, all brought toghether into a
uniform vector design. This allows for rapid screening of strategies
to be further developed. Strategies include:

| The vector frame is optimized for efficient translation initiation and mRNA stability. | |||||||
| An optimized promoter and induction strategy was developed. | |||||||
| A collection of host strains can be used. |
ExpressX is created to facilitate expression studies in E. coli. This technology is available through collaboration.
