Predictive model of Tribody structure.

Blue chains are Light chain- scFv fusion and heavy chain Fd - scFv fusion respectively. Gray structures are antigens to Fab and scFv molecules, bound by the antibody fragment. In this model, short linker sequences between the Fab chains and the scFv fragments are used. The Fab fragment is directed downwards.
