Sweet 'n Sour Kielbasa
Ingredients:
- a.. 1 pound kielbasa
- b.. 1 (10 oz.) jar red currant jelly
- c.. 1/2 (5 oz.) jar golden spicy mustard (add whole jar for more spicy)
Preparation:
- Cut kielbasa to bite-size pieces.
- Add to boiling water.
- Boil 8 to 10 minutes, poke with fork to release grease from meat.
- In crockpot, melt jelly on low heat. Add mustard. When kielbasa is done boiling, rinse, then add to crockpot mixture. Coat all of the meat. Simmer for 1 hour or more on low.
