Smoked Salmon and Dill Vegetable Bites
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 3 ounces sliced smoked salmon -- finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onions
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- salt and pepper
- cherry tomatoes
- red and green pepper pieces
- cucumber slices
- celery pieces
Preparation:
- In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill weed, onions, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper. Spoon or pipe with pastry tube a small amount of cheese mixture in/on each piece of vegetable. Place on a serving plate, cover and chill at least 2 or up to 24 hours.
