Boursin
Ingredients:
- 8 Oz Butter
- 1 Lb Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Dill
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Marjoram
Preparation:
- Thoroughly cream butter and cream cheese in electric mixer. Add spices and mix well. Place in a small bowl covered with plastic wrap allow to mellow overnight in refrigerator before using, if possible.
