Ziploc Fingerman's Fingerfood Favorites
Ingredients:
- 2 11 Oz. Packa Refridgerated French loaves
- 1/2 cup Butter Or Margarine -- Melted
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese -- Grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian Herb Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Dried -- Minced Onion
Preparation:
- 1.
- Lay 1 bread loaf on cutting board, cut loaf lengthwise into halves with sci ssors.
- Cut each half into 8 equal pieces, using sharp knife or scissors.
- Pier ce each piece of dough 2 to 3 times with tines of fork to remove air bubbles.
- 2.
- Place melted butter in bottom of shallow dish, combine cheese and herb seas oning on plate.
- Place minced oinion on separated plate.
- 3.
- Roll each piece of dough into 8-inch log (dough is elastic and dough pieces will shrink into logs 6 to 7 inches long).
- Dip each piece of dough into melte d butter and roll in desired topping. Place on cookie sheet, bake in preheated 350-degree oven until browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with melted chees e sauce, salsa or other dips.
