ROASTED OLIVES
Ingredients:
- 2 c Black and green olives
- Zest from 1 small orange
- Leaves from 1 large sprig
- -rosemary
- 1 1/2 tb Extravirgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof bowl. Place in oven until warmed through, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
