Salmon Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 1 can salmon
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 gelatine leaves -- dissolved in 1/4 cup
- water
- 1/2 onion
Preparation:
- Process everything in food processor. Pour in a small mold. ( oiled ) Chill at least 3 hours
