Dry-Roasted Herbed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 pound mushrooms -- sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Preparation:
- Arrange mushroom slices in a single layer on Pammed baking sheets. Mix seasonings and sprinkle over. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 200F, till crisp but not browned,
