Italian Sausage In Tomato Sauce
- 2 Lb Italian Sausage 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 Cups Tomato Sauce 1 Lb Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 Cup Chablis
- 2 Tbls Olive Oil
- Saute the sausage in the olive oil in a skillet just long enough to seal it and firm it up.
