Hot artichoke appetizers.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg frozen artichoke hearts -- (9 oz.)
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic -- minced
- 1/2 lb. bacon (slices)
Preparation:
- Simmer frozen artichoke hearts in chicken broth with the garlic until tender, about 6 minutes.
- Drain. When cool enough to handle, wrap in thinly cut bacon and secure with a toothpick. Broil until bacon is crisp, and serve warm. Alternatively, wrap in prosciutto and serve cold.
