Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs velveta Cheese
- 1 lbs swiss cheese
- 1 jar blue cheese(kraft) 4-5 oz
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
Preparation:
- GRATE SWISS CHEESE COLD AT ROOM TEMP. ADD OTHER CHEESES AND MIX WELL. ROLL INTO 3 BALLS AND ROLL IN NUTS. REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE.
