meryl's no liver pate
Ingredients:
- 1 ea onion
- 2/3 c walnuts
- 1 c brown lentils
- 3 ea hard boiled egg
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 t dijon mustard
Preparation:
- combine onions and walnuts in a food processor process until finely chopped add remaining ingredients, process to desired consistency spoon into a plastic lined gelatin mold chill for 2-96 hours unmold onto a serving platter serve
- at room temperature or slightly chilled
