CHICKEN SATAY
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, deboned &
- skinned

- 1 teaspoon ginger root, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon peanut oil
- PEANUT SAUCE
- THAI CUCUMBER SALAD
Preparation:
- 1.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- 2.
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Add chicken and chill covered for 30 minutes or more. 3. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Thread chicken onto s kewers. 4. Grill chicken until golden brown. Serve with Peanut Sauce & Thai Cucumber Salad
