Velveeta Mexican Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 Lbs. Velveeta
- 2 Lbs. Hamburger
- 1 can Ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can enchillada sauce
- Tortilla chips or Fritto Lay Scoops
Preparation:
- Brown hamburger, drain, in crockpot or Dutch oven add browned hamburger, the enchillada sauce and ro-tel. Cut Velveeta in cubes and add to mixture. Cook until melted, stirring frequently.
