Cocktail Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg lightly beaten
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and chill for 1 hour or longer. Bake at 450° F for 9 minutes.
