Angelini Grill Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe plum tomatoes
- 3 Leaves fresh basil
- 1 t Chopped fresh parsley
- 3 T Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Crusty italian rolls
- 1 cl Garlic, cut in half
Preparation:
- Finely chop the tomatoes and basil.
- Mix them in a bowl with parsley and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cut the rolls in half.
- Toast them under a hot broiler for a few minutes, until nicely golden.
- Remove from oven, and rub the toasted side generously with the cut side of the garlic clove.
- Top each piece with a portion of the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
