peppered cheese ball
Ingredients:
- 2 c jack cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 t fines herbes
- 1 t chives
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1 t garlic
- 3 t pepper
Preparation:
- combine ingredients, except seasoned pepper shape into a ball slightly flatten one side roll in seasoned pepper wrap in plastic and chill 6-12 hours, until firm serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory c
