Kanape Me Antsougia (Anchovy Canape)
Ingredients:
- SPALDING
- 1 can Flat anchovy fillets
- 2 Cooked beets -- chopped
- Bread -- trimmed and cut>>>>
- Into rectangles.
- 5 Hard cooked egg whites -- chop
- Chopped olives
- Capers
Preparation:
- Place an anchovy fillet lengthwise down the center of each piece of bread. On one side of it put the chopped egg whites topped with a few capers, on the other side, put the chopped beets topped with the chopped olives.
