Figs With Honey And Mascarpone
- 8 ripe green or black figs
- about 1 cup of mascarpone cheese -- at room
- temperature about 1/4 cup honey
- Cut the figs in half or in quarters if large. Place 1/4 cup of the mascarpone on each four plates. Surround the mascarpone with the figs. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
