Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 20 medium cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 pound smoked salmon -- flaked
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped green onions
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 drop hot pepper sauce
Preparation:
- 1. Cut thin slice from bottom of each tomato, scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving edges intact. 2. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, mix well. Spoon filling into tomatoes, mounding slightly. Refrigerate until serving time.
