POTATO-BACON CUPS
Ingredients:
- 12 oz Potatoes- cooked &- mashed
- 1 1/3 c Cottage cheese- low fat
- 4 sl Turkey bacon- crumbled
- 1/4 c Skim milk
- 1/2 ts Garlic powder
- 1/4 ts Rosemary- crushed
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Black pepper
Preparation:
- 1.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 4 6oz custard cups with nonstick cooking spray. Place the cups on a baking sheet. 2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Divide evenly among the prepared cups. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
