orange and fennel olives
Ingredients:
- 2 lb pitted black olive
- 2 c orange zest
- 1 c lemon zest
- 3/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 4 t fennel seed
- 4 garlic
Preparation:
- combine ingredients in a clean glass jar marinate overnight at room temperature may be stored covered in refrigerator for up to 6 months serve chilled or at room temperature
