- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c Cold water
- 2 c Flour
- 1 t Salt
- 2/3 c Shortening
- Brown sausage, crumbling, and drain.
- Combine flour, cheese, salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles peas. Stir in the sausage. Add water a bit at a time until the mixture can be shaped into balls. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 450~. Serve with toothpicks and PIZZA SAUCE.
