Appetizer Cheesecake #3

Ingredients:

• 1 Box cheese crackers -- (6 oz.) crumbled
• 1 cream cheese -- (8 oz.)
• 1 C. sour cream
• 1/2 C. stuffed olives -- chopped
• 1/2 C. chopped green peppers
• 1/2 C. chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 Tsp. salt
• 4 Drops Tabasco sauce

Preparation:

• Oil 7 to 9-inch pie pan, cover bottom with half crushed crackers. Blend cream cheese with remaining ingredients. Spread over crackers. Sprinkle remaining crackers over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. This could be used as a dip.
