Bacon - Oyster Bites
Ingredients:
- 8 slices bacon -- halved
- 1 can (5 oz.) smoked oysters -- drained & chopped
- 1/2 cup herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation:
- Partially cook the bacon.
- Combine the oysters, herb stuffing mix and water.
- Shape into balls using 1 tablespoon of mixture. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick. Place balls on a rack in a shallow bakingpan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
