- 10 oz Frozen spinach- thawed
- 1/3 c Chopped green onions
- 1/4 c Chopped parsley
- 16 oz Sour cream
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 pk Knorr Leek Soup mix
- 1/4 t Garlic powder
- 1 x Salt & Pepper if desired
- Drain spinach well, squeeze out all excess moisture.
- Chop well by hand or in food processor.
- Combine with all other ingredients, blend well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
