Madras Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 ea Hard-boiled eggs
- 2 c Sour cream
- 2 c Curry powder
- 1 t Onion (grated)
- 2 T Green pepper (grated)
- 2 T Celery (grated)
- 1 x Seasonings
Preparation:
- Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender.
- Consistency is thin.
- Chill, sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
