Bay Head Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Cream cheese
• 1 x Garlic and curry powders
• 1 x Chinese duck sauce

Preparation:

• Soften cheese and add flavorings to taste.
• Mound in a serving dish and cover generously with duck sauce.
• Serve with crackers.
