Hummus Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cn Garbanzo beans drained
- 2 tb To 3 tb tahini (crushed
- -sesame seeds)
- 1/4 c To 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1/2 ts Cumin
- 1/2 ts Salt
- Water
Preparation:
- Place drained beans in blender.
- Add all other ingredients and then add enough water to almost cover beans.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Pour very thin layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with pita bread.
