Nicose Tuna Dip
- 1 c Sour cream
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 cn Tuna- 3/1 oz, well drained
- 1 Garlic clove-minced
- -salt & pepper to taste
- Puree ingredients together till smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
- Use as a dip for small new boiled potatoes, green beans, asparagus and cherry tomatoes (or anyt hing else).
- Or use as a salad dressing for potato or pasta salads.
