Nicose Tuna Dip

Ingredients:

• 1 c Sour cream
• 1/4 c Mayonnaise
• 1 tb Lemon juice
• 1 cn Tuna- 3/1 oz, well drained
• 1 Garlic clove-minced
• -salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

• Puree ingredients together till smooth.
• Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
• Use as a dip for small new boiled potatoes, green beans, asparagus and cherry tomatoes (or anyt hing else).
• Or use as a salad dressing for potato or pasta salads.
