Raisin Cream Cheese Spread
- 8 oz Cream Cheese- Room Temp.
- 1/3 c Raisins or Currants
- 1/2 ts Ginger
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 tb Chutney- Chopped
- 4 tb Sherry- Medium Dry
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants, ginger, salt and chutney.
- Add the sherry, a T at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
