- 2 cn Tuna in Water,drained
- 6 Anchovies, chopped finely
- 5 1/2 oz Butter, soft
- 1 Peel of a Lemon
- 2 Pickles,cubed finely
- 8 sl Whole Wheat Bread
- Mix the anchovies, butter, lemonpeel and tuna together and mix very good.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bread and spread the tunamix on it.
- Cut toast diagonally in half and garnish with pickles.
