Festive Red and Green Toasts
Ingredients:
- 1 French Baguette- cut into
- -24 1/2" thick rounds
- 1/2 lb Triple-Cream Brie Cheese- at
- -room temperature
- 1/2 lb Soft Blue Cheese- at room
- -temperature
- 2 bn Radishes- trimmed and thinly
- -sliced
- 3 Stalks celery- thinly sliced
Preparation:
- Preheat broiler.
- Arrange bread on a baking pan.
- Broil until lightly colored on both sides.
- Cool very slightly.
- Spread 12 bread rounds with brie and 12 bread rounds with blue cheese.
- Arrange radish slices in circle atop brie toasts and celery slices in circle atop blue cheese toasts.
- Serve immediately.
