Festive Red and Green Toasts

Ingredients:

• 1 French Baguette- cut into
• -24 1/2" thick rounds
• 1/2 lb Triple-Cream Brie Cheese- at
• -room temperature
• 1/2 lb Soft Blue Cheese- at room
• -temperature
• 2 bn Radishes- trimmed and thinly
• -sliced
• 3 Stalks celery- thinly sliced

Preparation:

• Preheat broiler.
• Arrange bread on a baking pan.
• Broil until lightly colored on both sides.
• Cool very slightly.
• Spread 12 bread rounds with brie and 12 bread rounds with blue cheese.
• Arrange radish slices in circle atop brie toasts and celery slices in circle atop blue cheese toasts.
• Serve immediately.
