Smoked Salmon Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Smoked salmon
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
- Combine in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Serve on rye bread, bagels, or crackers, or as a dip.
