Armadillo Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 Jalepeno peppers
- 1/2 lb Monterey jack cheese- grated
- 1/2 lb Hot pork sausage
- 5 oz Bisquick
- 1 pk Pork ``shake `n bake``
- 1 Egg
Preparation:
- Split peppers.
- Remove seeds.
- Stuff inside of pepper with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Combine cheese, sausage, and Bisquick.
- Wrap dough around pepper.
- Roll in beaten egg.
- Roll in Shake`n Bake.
- Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
