Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs- hard cooked
- 2 Mayonnaise
- 2 Sour cream
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 3 Salted, toasted almonds- cho
- 1 1/2 Dijon mustard
Preparation:
- Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mash egg yolks and add all other ingredients except chopped almonds.
- Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and top with almonds.
