Devilled Crab in Cucumber Cups.
Ingredients:
- 3 c Cooked crab meat, flaked.
- 1/4 c Lemon grass, sliced fine.
- 2 tb Nam-prik Pao.
- 3 tb Lime juice.
- 2 tb Scallions, chopped.
- Cucumber.
- 2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped.
- 1/4 c Onion, chopped.
- 2 tb Fish sauce.
- 1 tb Sugar.
- 2 tb Corianders leaves, chopped.
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients together and fill cucumber cups.
