Italian Quiche
Ingredients:
- 1 Deep dish frozen pie crust
- 5 lg Eggs
- 1/2 c Ricotta
- 1/2 c Grated cheese
- 3 Sausage links (skinned,
- -cooked and drained well)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Pre-bake pie shell.
- Place sausage on bottom of crust.
- Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning.
- Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
