Justin Wilson's Crawfish or Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Heinz chili sauce
- 1/2 c Catsup
- 1/2 c Horseradish
- 1 tb Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 tb Lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 c Parsley, chopped fine
- Louisiana hot sauce
- Boiled crawfish or shrimp
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients to make sauce.
- Pour over crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in the sauce.
