Shrimp Dip Delight
- 1 lb Shrimp, raw
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 c Green onion, chopped fine
- 3 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Celery, chopped
- Boil, peel and devein shrimp.
- Chop finely and set aside.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise.
- Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
