Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Frozen artichoke hearts
- 1 c Sour cream
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F.
- Defrost artichoke hearts and drain.
- Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
- Add artichoke hearts and mix thoroughly.
- Turn into a baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly.
